SERVICE LEVEL 1: OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE
In many cases, customers choose a targeted solution over a full dynamometer carcase overhaul. Our Level 1 Service focuses on bearing replacement for dynamometers equipped with bearing carriers—models in the F35 to F84 series. This cost-effective approach is ideal when elevated bearing temperatures or increased vibration are detected but the main carcase remains in good operational condition.
Speak with Froude Sales to determine whether this non-invasive service can be performed on-site or at our service center. When conditions allow, we include a borescope inspection of the dynamometer to further assess internal condition.
Please note: This service does not include replacement of internal water seals.

SERVICE LEVEL 2: COMPREHENSIVE INTERNAL MAINTENANCE
Service Level 2 delivers a deeper, more comprehensive maintenance solution for your dynamometer. In addition to bearing replacement and full functional testing, this service provides enhanced internal inspection and restoration to support long-term reliability.
Service Level 2 includes:
→ Full carcase disassembly to access and inspect internal components
→ Replacement of all internal water seals
→ Detailed inspection of internal surfaces for signs of wear, corrosion, or fatigue
This elevated service level enables Froude engineers to thoroughly assess the carcase interior, helping to identify and address emerging issues before they impact performance—ensuring your equipment continues to operate at peak efficiency.
