Start your career in engineering with the globally renowned brand for engine & turbine test equipment. We offer a mechanical engineering apprenticeship at Froude.
Training takes place initially at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association's well-equipped Training Centre.
We offer:
Engineering Fitters (Mechanical and Electrical) Level 3
Electrical/Mechanical Mechatronics Engineer Level 3
The course length is 4 years.
Year 1: 42 weeks full time at the Training Centre remaining at Froude LTD Facility.
Year 2: 4 days in Froude LTD Facility and 1 day at the Training Centre.
Year 3 & 4: Full time at the Froude Facility.
Apprentices gain additional qualifications, including First Aid and Functional Skills, and attend regular physical activities, including a one-week residential course.
